How to configure Oracle OCI driver
Added a new configuration document that talks about how to configure OCI driver and connect to Oracle database. It also lists the errors that can be encountered during the connection and means to resolve the errors.

guess what ?, i am done with the coding, i ll have to do a j2h and some docu and then publish. I shud have done it by today, but this damn tripod site builder made me learn all its features and at last said u cann't rename the files generated by me. Okay tats fine.
